OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Deb arrived in our little slice of paradise with the same bold spirit she brings to everything she does. In 2020, she bought her home sight unseen! Yes, really. When you’ve spent your childhood on Long Island with salt air in your lungs and water in your veins, you just know when a waterfront home is calling your name.
With 15 years of experience managing HOAs in Maryland and Delaware, Deb has seen it all, solved it all, and laughed through most of it. She’s also the proud mom of three grown sons and the delighted grandmother of seven energetic grandchildren who keep her young… or at least very awake.
Deb fell in love with Swann Keys instantly—its friendliness, its activities, and the way neighbors become family. She says the people here have wrapped her in warmth, welcomed her with open arms, and occasionally tolerated her stories.
Speaking of stories, Deb shares her home with Cheeky Choo‑Choo, her wildly opinionated bird who believes he runs the household. He has strong feelings about visitors, snacks, and basically everything else. Deb insists he’s harmless. Cheeky disagrees.
We’re thrilled to have Deb as our new office manager—courageous, warm, funny, and already a beloved part of the Swann Keys family. Welcome home,

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Kenny West is a lifelong Sussex County resident whose dedication to service runs deep. From his years as a volunteer firefighter and certified EMT to his current role as Swann Keys Maintenance Technician, Kenny has always stepped forward when his community needs him. He brings a calm, approachable presence, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others in any way he can.
Kenny and his wife, Lauren, a special‑education teacher at Howard T. Ennis School, live in Keenwick Sound with their four sons. Their family reflects a powerful commitment to love and service—two of their boys, Hunter and Tater, joined their family through adoption, a journey that strengthened their faith and taught them the true meaning of resilience and compassion. Kenny’s devotion to his family is at the center of everything he does, and it fuels his desire to make Swann Keys a safe, welcoming, and well‑cared‑for community.
Whether he’s responding to emergency alerts as a firefighter, supporting his sons’ medical needs, or assisting a neighbor with a concern, Kenny believes that strong communities are built through kindness, communication, and showing up for one another. He may be constantly on the move, but his phone is always on, and he encourages residents to reach out anytime they need assistance or simply want to say hello.
Kenny is honored to serve the Swann Keys community and looks forward to building lasting relationships while helping make this neighborhood an even better place to call home.
We are thrilled to have Kenny as our new Maintenance Technician.
