  2. USE EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. ONE PERSON PER SWING. NO JUMPING OFF EQUIPMENT
  3. SWANN KEYS RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS ONLY
  4. CHILDREN 12 YEARS AND YOUNGER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT 18+ YEARS OLD)
  5. ROUGH PLAYING OR LOUD BEHAVIOR IS NOT PERMITTED 
  6. MAXIMUM AGE FOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT IS 12YRS OLD, EXCEPT FOR SWINGS
  7. NO PETS
  8. NO SKATEBOARDS, BIKES, ROLLER BLADES, SCOOTERS, ETC.
